Yes. Creating a league, customising the rules, and inviting players is free — no card details needed to get started.
No odds are used and outcomes are decided by prediction accuracy, not stakes against a bookmaker. Any prize pool is optional, funded entirely by the league's own members, and administered by the commissioner who set the league up.
